Hotels and RestaurantsWHERE TO STAY Aside from our nice rental cabins and tent camping, there are some hotels in Cedartown, about 10 miles away.

There is also a Comfort Inn located in Tallapoosa at Highway 100 & I-20, but it is not as close as the Cedartown hotels.
WHERE TO EAT We have an inexpensive lunch available on weekends, plus candy bars, chips, energy drinks, etc, available every day. See some in town restaurants here: link. Cedartown is only 8 miles from Highland Park Resort, and you will find an assortment of stores, hotels, and restaurants there. Most restaurants, hotels and the Wal-Mart are right on the main road through Cedartown, Hwy 27, also called Main Street in town. Slaughter's Grocery is located in Esom Hill, just 2 miles from Highland Park Resort. Slaughter's is very close by and they have most items you would normally find in a small grocery/convenience store.
NEAREST HOSPITAL The closest hospital, Polk County Regional Medical Center, is in the center of Cedartown at 424 Main Street. |
